They go above and beyond to help. Wendy at the front desk explains everything so well, which I especially appreciate as someone who isn't very car literate. They're communicative and patient about answering questions and helping you get to the best solution for you. I'm very grateful to have them as my go-to auto shop!

The staff here are really friendly. They take the time to explain everything about the car in detail. Even though they couldn’t fix it right away (probably because they had a lot of other customers), they did a perfect job as soon as the parts arrived, even test driving it to make sure everything was good. I was especially grateful that, unlike other shops that might charge extra, this place (at least in my case) gave me a much more affordable and reasonable price than expected. I hope they continue serving the local community for a long time, and I definitely recommend this shop!
