I never feel like I’m being ripped off and feel confident that I receive the best possible deal every time I come in. Especially being a single woman, sometimes mechanics can be intimidating. Just went to Swanson auto due to a dealership that didn't reset the BMS after installing a battery into my 2018 ford fusion hybrid, I was having phantom electrical issues. They got me in the same day after I called them that morning, and went waaaay above and beyond to assist me and get my vehicle in a healthy state again. This is the shop you want to go to. They are very kind and professional.

The staff here are really friendly. They take the time to explain everything about the car in detail. Even though they couldn't fix it right away (probably because they had a lot of other customers), they did a perfect job as soon as the parts arrived, even test driving it to make sure everything was good. I was especially grateful that, unlike other shops that might charge extra, this place (at least in my case) gave me a much more affordable and reasonable price than expected. I hope they continue serving the local community for a long time, and I definitely recommend this shop!

Honest, Reliable, Fair, and Hardworking is how I would describe the team at Swanson's who addressed and fixed all the issues with my vehicle. Mike was able to address any questions or concerns I had as well as making sure I had reliable transportation to and from work while my vehicle was being serviced by his team. Very professional and fair. Needed brakes and they told me that I only needed to replace the rear brakes. Front ones were still fine. Saved me a few hundred bucks. Scheduled an appointment and three hours later my car was ready with the brakes done. Could not ask for anything more. If I ever have any car issues, I know exactly where to bring it.

Had to take a work truck in for a tire repair, called and they told us to get it in before 4pm and it would be done right away. Belle tire wanted us to wait an hour and a half just to be seen and then we might not even get it fixed. They suggested to make an appointment 3 days out.

We broke down on our way home from a weekend get away from the west side of the state, we stopped at Swanson's and the technician said we could not make it home, our only alternative was to rent a U-Haul and tow it home. The people at Swanson's, Jody, Wendy, the owner Randy and another gentleman whose name escapes me, were kind enough to stay a little late to help us find a U-Haul place in the area and Randy arranged for our Uber ride to get there to pick it up. This was 5 years ago and I finally found their card again but I never forgot their generosity and helpfulness. I offered to buy them lunch and they said no thank you, just share my experience with them online. If I lived in the area it would be the first place I'd go for service. Thank you again everyone at Swanson's.

I took my 2016 Ford Focus to Borgman's and was quoted $3500 to replace the full Rack and Pinion on my vehicle. I called Swanson and their quote came in as $2300. Over a thousand less than dealer using all the same parts. There was a hiccup in the scheduling that put the work behind schedule but after discussing my frustration Swanson went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We needed the vehicle by a certain date and they met that expectation. The total including oil change as well came out to $2600. Pricey nonetheless but more affordable then a dealer in the area and I would 100% recommend using Swanson. I test drove the vehicle quite a bit and they cleared up the issues I was having. I would definitely use Swanson again. Shoutout to Wendy. You were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks again.

I have been a Swanson's Auto Service customer for many years. Recently I brought my Toyota Highlander to them for 100,000 mile maintenance. They gave me a quote and there were several things that needed to be done, so the price made sense. Halfway through the day I got a call from Wendy saying that many of the things, in fact almost all of the things we had planned to do, had been done at about 60,000 at another shop before I owned the car. They could have not said a word, performed all of the work in the quote and I would never have known. The bill was 0 . They have integrity and they will have my business for a long time!

Mike was a pleasure to work with! My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a severe coolant leak. I was able to limp it into their shop on Monday morning and was initially told that they could not get to my vehicle until Friday. The next day, Tuesday morning, Mike contacted me and advised they were able to get my vehicle in sooner than expected and that I had a leak in my Radiator as well as a bad water pump. They had my vehicle fully repaired with a new radiator and water pump by Thursday morning and they came in 100 dollars less than the initial estimate! Great work and great communication throughout! Have definitely gained a new customer! My father who recently retired after 42 years as a mechanic even gave a 2 thumbs up! Thanks again Mike and your crew at Swanson's!

I took my Impale to Swanson's as I noticed my exhaust had become louder. I had no idea if I needed a complete new exhaust system or at the least maybe a muffler. After leaving it there for them to check I was home no more than two hours and I got the call my car was done! They were able to repair a hole in the exhaust pipe for a total of under $100. There is truly something to be said about have confidence and more so trust in a auto garage and I certainly do with Swanson's!

We knew we needed to have our tires rotated due to uneven wear, but we also knew that they could be used longer and didn't need replacement. There was still plenty of tread on all four tires and space before the wear bars. Another tire store said we definitely needed four new tires. I knew that wasn't true. Swanson's was honest. They did the rotation and wrote on the bill their recommendation of two new tires which were more worn than the other two. I appreciated their honesty. Their service was also prompt and their pricing was fair.

With them being only 2 minutes from my house is a bonus, but I would still go to Swanson's if they were a good distance away. I've used them for both my vehicles and they always perform great service. Just recently I had a timing belt issue that they were able to repair very quickly. They explained the issues and what the repair would be along with the cost. They even called me the day after to ensure everything was running properly. Great people, great company. Highly recommend.
